Hi, I am the founder and CEO of Blisspot and I love sharing practical and powerful ideas to enhance everyday life. I’m passionate about supporting growth and transformation by sharing ideas to make life easier.
As a specialist in mindfulness and emotional mastery, I’ve created online courses like Bliss Every Day, Love Now, and Glow While You Grow. I also teach meditation and have skills in kinesiology, counseling, and psychology. I enjoy speaking at events, blogging, and being a guest on podcasts and radio shows.
I believe that when we synchronize our mind, body, and spirit, we can move beyond stress and struggle to live in a natural state of peace and harmony.
